Bryan and his team at Vermilion Builders were awesome!  I had a leak in a garage and it was becoming quite a concern.  When I called Bryan he answered the phone (which several other contractors never answered, mailboxes were full or did not call me back).  He immediately started to help me figure out what the problem was and he and his guys were there the next day - discovered a leak and have worked with me to get the problem solved and repaired.  I can't think of any other contractors I've worked with that were so helpful and responsive. Vermilion Builders was recommended to me after I called several other places that never called back or didn't show up to even quote my shower. Brian and his crew came and the quote was reasonable to begin with but the upgrade was amazing. I never thought my tiny bathroom could look so good. Excellent work with excellent materials. Everyone was so nice to me and my furbabies. I will call them for all my home repairs/remodel in the future. We accidentally found this company by having a deck built for our swimming pool.  This company built the deck and it is first class.  So I asked the owner, Bryan to quote a remodel of our very 70's bathroom.  I am so glad I did.  Bryan and  his crew are first class in every way you want a contractor to be...professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and just imparting real value.  The work was done well and timely (and I was a work in).  I actually don't believe Bryan would leave a job done beneath his standards. If you're looking for an honest, dedicated, hardworking, and true professional, look no further! Bryan is your man! We couldn't have asked for a better person to exceed all of our construction needs. Bryan will always keep in constant communication with you on your project and no job is too big or small. He will always be early on the job and stay late to give you a true honest days work.  The jobsite will always be clean at the end of the day and he is always there for any questions or concerns that you might have. Bryan and his right hand man Billy were awesome and professional throughout the whole project. If you want true piece of mind that your project will be finished to the highest level of quality to your standards, then this company should be your choice. There is an awesome, honest, dependable, fair, and reasonable contractor named Bryan here in the Vermilion County area. I called some well known named business that never returned my call. Their loss, my gain!

Bryan at Vermilion Builders just literally saved my house from having the flooring fall out of it from bad construction. Bryan gave us an estimate to fix the issue. He also gave us another estimate just in case the first plan to fix the house didn't work. The work is done, the house is fixed and Bryan kept his word on the estimate and did not charge on penny more. He has also made it clear that if the issue should return to give him a call and he will make more adjustments to ensure the house is stable. And if needed, he will be there to as our contractor if we should need more work done on the floor.

I cant say more positive things about a business that never put the estimate in writing for us. Luck for us he is trustworthy, right? I rarely hire anyone to do work for me as I have great difficulty finding anyone to meet my standards. My commercial Building addition was more that I could handle before bad weather. Bryan was able to meet my timeline and exceed my standards and that’s a very big deal to me. There are a lot of contractors out there just waiting to take advantage of you, and only after your money! Bryan has worked on a number of project in our home this year, including installing new siding, installing a French door, and managing a large porch project, and we could not be more pleased and impressed with his work.  His professionalism, knowledge, and building skills are unsurpassed! He has such a broad range of experience that he can oversee and execute even the most complicated project. His communication in the course of a project is excellent, and his standards for his work and those of others who work for him are very high. He takes great pride in his work, and that means that he will insist on the job being done right and to the customer's satisfaction. When challenges arise in the course of a project, he is very good at coming up with solutions and communicating choices to the customer.  On top of all this, Bryan is just an all-around great guy, a businessman with great ethics and character, and a pleasure to work with. Accidentally took a load bearing wall down in my home. Oops. Narrowly avoided a disaster thanks to Brian. He was able to come out and check it out an hour after I called him and thanks to the cold weather was able to come install a beam the next day. Great work too. Will definitely recommend.
